Using our ticket system, you may efficiently address and resolve student issues and concerns.
Provide timely and accurate information in response to student questions.
Oversee and operate the virtual learning environment (VLE) portal for students.
Ensure that students have access to the essential materials and help through the VLE.
Maintain accurate records of issued ID cards while also ensuring the system’s security.
Track and monitor student attendance data.
Collaborate with professors to resolve attendance difficulties and enforce attendance regulations.
Assist students in preparing letters, referrals, and other formal paperwork.
Ensure that these papers are prepared correctly and to the relevant standards.
Manage the student online portal, making sure it is up to date and easy to use.
Requirements and Skills
Proven experience with
Registrations & Student Affairs
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as organizational and multitasking abilities.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in any subject.
The university requires relevant experience.
