Position Overview:
We are searching for an energetic and organized receptionist to handle our front desk and serve as our clients’ initial point of contact. The ideal applicant will have strong communication skills, a nice disposition, and the ability to deal with client queries professionally. This function is critical in making a good first impression and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations at our company.
Key responsibilities:
– Welcome!
Clients and guests are greeted pleasantly, and their queries are addressed with care and precision.
– Answer and direct phone calls professionally, delivering basic service information or directing calls to the relevant staff.
– Schedule and confirm client appointments, keeping an orderly schedule.
– Manage client documents, ensuring correct filing and tracking while processing.
– Keep the reception area clean and arranged so it presents a professional image.
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and help with basic administrative chores.
– Provide updates to customers on the status of their visa applications as needed.
– Work with the consulting team to provide effective client service.
Qualifications:
– Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a comparable position is desired.
– Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
– Basic understanding of office equipment and fluency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Excellent organizing abilities and attention to detail.
– The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
– Present a professional image and have a pleasant attitude.
