The Lead Manager position is on-site and full-time. To market and sell HD Putty directly to final customers, we are looking for a results-oriented Lead Manager Officer. This position will entail marketing our premium putty products to do-it-yourselfers, contractors, and homeowners. Strong sales, fieldwork, and product presentation skills in the paint and construction sectors are required of the perfect applicant.

Qualifications

BA/B.COM Having a minimum of two years of sales experience in the paint or building sector, ideally

Experience generating leads in the social networks of contractors and painters is preferred.

Capacity to increase sales using current networks

familiarity with the local construction and product industries

Capacity to plan for lead generation

Capacity for teamwork

Excellent interpersonal abilities
