These are your detailed responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Business Managers, Solution Architect and ARVR Product category manager
  • Accountable for the development of the ARVR business cross Customer Segments (SMB/Enterprise/Public Sector/Global Accounts) at EMEA level.
  • Ideally Solution Selling business development expertise in Vertical segment such as Manufacturing / Construction / Healthcare / Simulation / HighEnd Education
  • Experience with frameworks such as Unity or Unreal engine is a plus

Key Areas of responsibility:

  • Define the route to market strategy, business development in line with Lenovo’s objectives
  • With his/her team, identify (Hunt) and/or Grow (Develop) opportunities in the market to sustainably improve Lenovo’s ARVR solutions and turnkey solutions.
  • Manage the pipeline, put in place the Business Management System to ensure quarter end predictability for his/her ARVR EMEA business unit (P&L)
  • As a trusted partner, build Channel programs to accelerate growth and achieve financials targets (Revenue/Profit)
  • Engage ISVs/Partners to enable sales through certification, run co-marketing activities, implement turnkey solutions
  • Interact closely with the Workstation/ARVR EMEA and local team to share best practices
  • Be the ARVR primary contact with his team and act as a Trusted Advisor.

What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years’ experience in business development role in the IT industry
  • Proven track record in Solution Selling sales – ideally focused on vertical frameworks such as AEC/Healthcare in the Hardware environment.
  • Collaborative, and commitment to achieving goals
  • Track of record in building and executing business development plans
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
