Job description: Emanuel School is seeking an energetic self-starter to appoint to the role of Business Development and Lettings Manager.

As the Business Development and Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for all external revenue generation at Emanuel School. Although the school already has substantial income generation streams, producing nearly £300,000 in 2022/23, we know we can do better, so we would expect you to identify and build on additional income streams.

You will further develop and maintain a profitable commercial lettings business year-round, ensuring the effective marketing, costing, planning, and management of lettings. You will take ownership of the lettings budget and financial forecast and will actively seek out opportunities to showcase Emanuel’s exceptional facilities to clients and the public.

You will be a hard-working and motivated individual, equipped with previous experience in business development. While experience in the education sector is preferred, it is not essential as long as you possess a willingness to learn. You will be self-motivated and capable of working independently without close supervision. You will possess additional experience of developing and maintaining excellent internal and external relationships, utilising an excellent set of written and verbal communication skills to achieve this.

£35,000 to £40,000 with additional performance-based bonus
