POSITION SUMMARY
The Program Business Development Manager is responsible for the design, planning, and implementation of existing and new enrollments of students and teachers and also to enroll more schools, colleges, and universities with the platform. Major responsibilities include:
- Enrollment and verification of Teachers.
- Expansion of the Program to every area of the city.
- Work with a team of other BDM to increase the reach of the company.
- Achieve the Targets provided weekly.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The Program Business Development Manager reports directly to the head office of Digixperts Limited. The manager will have direct supervisory responsibility for staff and/or selected consultants in the implementation of activities for the program.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Administer the teacher’s and students enrollment and make sure that all teachers and students enrolled with the portal are 100% satisfied. In case of any issues report them directly to the concerned authority without any delays.
Making sure that the teacher enrollment to student enrollment ratio is balanced and no ratio is exceeded so everything remains balanced.
