A summary of the position
In order to promote sustainable business growth, the Cycle Plan agenda should be implemented, trade marketing strategies and activities should be coordinated, and POP controls should be maintained throughout the region.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Monthly communication and prompt execution of cycle plan activities to the sales team.
• Make sure the region’s merchandising calendar is implemented correctly.
• Maintain accurate records and index regional POSM warehouses to guarantee compliance with all business rules and standards.
• Merchandising team discipline, timeliness, and performance record maintenance; zonal sales promotion team management.
• Using inventory reports, make that POP control measures are being implemented correctly. Make that POSM is administered within the allotted period and that POSM aging is kept to a minimum.
• Offer sales promotion activation documents and market intelligence.

REASONS FOR YOUR SUCCESS?
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or a similar discipline
• Three to four years of sales experience, during which time they have effectively met KPIs
• The ability to comprehend all aspect of sales, including customer interactions, distribution management, and channel and category sales development (CCSD).
