Job description: Due to our continued success we are currently recruiting for a new Business Development Manager to support the growth of the Bristol and Cardiff area. Reporting to the Divisional Sales Manager the role will focus on a variety of market sectors, but mainly the construction sector, with the key objective of the role being the increase of overall turnover and the profitability of the region.

You will need to demonstrate proven sales experience in a hire or construction related background and as such tool hire experience would be beneficial.

Being a tenacious sales professional you will be comfortable working autonomously, with the ability to technically sell a concept and solution as well as having the drive and energy to be successful in achieving pre-arranged sales targets.

The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator who will naturally develop ongoing and productive relationships not only with the regional branch network but also the Internal Sales teams. Managing these key contacts and maintaining a relationship with them is paramount to the success of this role.
