Salary: £35k – £45k

OTE: £70k+

Location: Manchester Based

Job Duties Include:

  • Generating leads by cold calling, networking, and prospecting
  • Find a need, cause, and solution to the customer’s current Logistics experience
  • Create detailed proposals to initiate interest from prospective customers
  • Manage new and current customer accounts
  • Support customers through the end-to-end process
  • Grow the companies image and have the drive and ambition to drive success
  • Negotiate client contracts
  • Provide a puncture-proof sales approach
  • Provide an exceptional experience for all customers
  • Build and grow the business development team


  • Minimum 3 years experience in business development
  • Logistics and Freight industry experience
  • Driven and ambitious to grow a new department
  • Full UK Driving Licence
