£30,000 – 45,000 basic salary + package including healthcare cashback scheme, pension, commission paid monthly, travel incentives, company phone and laptop, paid mileage.
Harrison Sands are recruiting for an established Chester-based umbrella payroll services provider requiring a Business Development Manager due to ongoing company expansion.
The Business Development Manager will operate as a subject matter expert within Umbrella Services, pitching to recruitment agencies, answering client questions and queries and putting into place strategic supply plans. The BDM will have dotted line responsibility for more junior members of the team, acting as an advice point.
This role reports directly to the Managing Director and sits as part of a growing team of 10- there is lots of development potential in this company, with new services being added year-on-year and a strong growth trajectory for 2023.
The position will suit someone with a background of working in umbrella company service supply who has a knowledge of contractor payroll solutions and can discuss the value add of these services confidently with recruitment agencies.
Our client allows hybrid working (typically at least 2 days per week in the office) and are based in Chester offering free onsite parking.
