Overview of the role
We are currently looking for Business Sector Manager – Contract Logistics to work for Al Futtaim Logistics in Dubai. This role is accountable for managing the overall operational & financial strategy for delivering the most cost-effective supply chain operations for all clients under Contact Logistics Department.
As the Business Sector Manager, your responsibilities also include efficient management of warehousing operations to ensure that the operational process and procedures at all times in place to meet the contractual objectives of all clients.

P&L Management and measurement
Establish agreed KPI with clients
Project management- from blueprint to Go-live
In depth analysis of operational & commercial data on assigned projects
Proactive management of human resource i.e., leadership and development
Pursue operational Excellence
Health, safety and security
Required skills to be successful
Managing the overall operational strategy of Contract Logistics
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a large-scale warehousing operation
Project management experience
Good understanding of financial figures – P&L Management and measurement
About the team
The role will report to the General Manager, and you will be managing a team of 3-5 direct associates. You will be working in a dynamic and busy environment wherein you will be dealing directly with different Stakeholders across the organization.
What equips you for the role
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have a bachelor’s degree with good understanding of financial figures. You will have 3 years’ experience in large scale warehousing operations.
You must be a strong leader with good organizational skills, analytical skills, excellent communication & presentation skills. Has hands-on understanding of operational, administrative, system processes and associated financial impact. Project management skills is highly desirable.
