The Role
Our client is a reputed Food & Beverage manufacturing company in the FMCG industry with multiple brands under its name with a diversified portfolio across the GCC region. They are looking to hire a Category Development / Trade Marketing Manager for one of their division dealing with confectionery. – Develop the yearly marketing activity plans for the categories. – Manage the P&L of the categories. – Be the right brand ambassador who drives equity, awareness, and off-take. – Responsibility for the P&L of the categories. – Market analysis and product launches. – Monitoring the marketing activity’s performance and measuring the success of campaigns. – Developing reports. – Developing consumer packaging and promotional packaging. – Managing category budgets. – Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions, and product shoots. – Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
Requirements To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements: – Minimum 3-5 years of relevant GCC experience (preferably with trade marketing and sales knowledge in FMCG). – Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives. – Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns. – Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix. – Outstanding communication skills. – Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices. – Degree in marketing or a related field. – Should have strong expertise in Confectionery/ Salted snacks. – Excellent portfolio in Brand Management.
