We are seeking for a calm, capable female candidate. As a Business assistance Coordinator assistant, the applicant will be responsible for delivering superior assistance to the team. She will handle clients, resolve their problems, and provide a great customer experience, as well as submit daily updates to the Senior.
Key responsibilities:
– Respond to client queries by phone or chat in a timely, professional way.
– Handle client complaints and concerns in a quick and effective manner.
– Align the team to handle customer complaints.
– Report complicated concerns to senior team members or other departments as needed.
– Work with other teams to address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.
– Ability to act as told by seniors and complete assigned responsibilities efficiently.
Requirements:
– Must
Be a graduate with a solid grasp of the English language.
– Outstanding communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Ability to work as directed by seniors.
