Description of the Role
An administrative officer is needed for this full-time, on-site position in Multan. The administrative officer will be in charge of supervising administrative personnel, managing office operations, liaising with other departments, managing correspondence, and making sure daily operations run well. Basic accounting activities, timetable management, and record keeping are additional responsibilities.
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a similar field is required, as are strong office management and administrative skills, excellent organizational and coordination abilities, proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software, effective communication and interpersonal skills, the capacity to manage multiple tasks and work independently, and prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
