eZhire is a vehicle rental app that allows users in the UAE, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia to have a car delivered on-demand, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We assist our customers achieve independence by simplifying the automobile rental procedure.
There is a common misconception in the industry that renting an automobile requires a large sum of money and a great deal of bother. But we know there is a better way. One in which what is beneficial for the customer also benefits business.
Job duties and requirements:
Maintain the highest quality of service by interacting with clients in a polite, efficient, and attentive way.
Responding to instant chat inquiries and consumer emails, answering questions, and addressing any problems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Prior experience with any international campaign.
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar CS position.
Qualifications
1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
Experience and working understanding of CRM systems
Proven track record of exceeding quota.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Salary package: 80,000/- to 95,000/-
