Description of the position and the opportunity

• Get new customers by running healthy ads in their particular areas.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client accounts in the city.
• Establishing and maintaining solid, reliable connections with each account in the portfolio.
• Future demands and opportunities are analyzed and identified.
• To increase earnings, conclude deals and negotiate contracts.
• In charge of all allocated accounts’ MoM growth.
• Clearly update internal and external stakeholders on the status of weekly, monthly, and quarterly efforts.
• Create reports on marketing campaigns, product mix, operational metrics, and commercial metrics, among other topics.
• Project and monitor important account metrics, such as yearly projections and monthly and quarterly revenue figures.
• In charge of creating collaborations, co-branding initiatives, and special marketing campaigns.
• Assist cross-functional teams in carrying out the plan by promoting the sharing of knowledge, addressing pressing problems, setting up suitable group-level assistance, and implementing procedures and tools.

What you need in order to succee

• A business administration bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• You are well-versed in Pakistan’s retail environment.
• Able to assume complete responsibility for the role and has a keen sense of duty.
• You’ve worked in the field for at least two to three years.
• You have experience with Google equivalents or Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; you are data-driven and process-oriented.
• You have a strong understanding of the internet and e-commerce.
• You have ambition and drive.
• You might take the lead on autonomous initiatives and are highly proactive.
• Capable of creating process flows and doing root cause analysis.
• You pay close attention to every stage in the process and are very detail-oriented.
