We are changing the digital marketing world at Oastreck by being honest, open, and building long-term business connections. We mostly help US-based service firms with things like web development, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and more.
We’re looking for a Junior Business Development Associate with a lot of enthusiasm who can conduct cold calls and find new customers. This isn’t a normal script reading work; it’s a technical sales job where you’ll learn about digital marketing goods and different ways to sell them.

What You’ll Do: • Call service firms who are cold (mostly in the US) • Talk about and pitch Oastreck’s marketing solutions
• Follow up and try to sell
• You need to be able to speak English fluently and confidently. • You need to be on time and manage your time well. • You need to be able to handle stress. • You need to be eager to make money, grow, and succeed. • You need to be interested in learning about company growth.
💸 Pay: • Basic Salary: Rs. 35,000–80,000/month • Commission each Sale • Bonus every month
