For a digital marketing company and virtual assistant, we are seeking a business development manager. Experience in managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and U.S.-based sales and marketing are required.

Competencies & Qualifications:

a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline.
a minimum of three to five years of verified experience as a sales and marketing manager in the United States.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
Team-leading and managing skills.
possess the ability to use CRM and other applications.
leadership style and critical thinking.

the capacity to efficiently prioritize tasks and multitask.
knowledge of office programs like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
autonomous and proactive method of problem-solving.
ought to have

expertise in sales and marketing in the United States.
Candidates with prior sales experience in the United States will be given preference.
Duties

contacting prospective customers in order to build rapport, complete deals, onboard new customers, and arrange invoicing for marketing and e-commerce services.
directing, overseeing, and educating the sales team.
Developing and implementing the company’s sales strategies.
producing income for the business using various sales tactics and strategies.
directly answering to the CEO and operations manager.
investigating businesses and people in quest of fresh prospects.
bringing in new clients while raising the value of existing ones.
attending industry events, seminars, and meetings.
creating proposals and prices for customers.
establishing objectives for the development team and company expansion and making sure they are fulfilled.
Educating staff and assisting teammates in improving their abilities after

strong individual learning.
establishing and managing new sales campaigns following rigorous individual training.

negotiating deals and onboarding new customers.
preserving connections with both current and potential customers.

accepting incoming sales calls and being prepared to respond to and address any inquiries from potential customers.
Creating sales reports and designing sales strategies.
collaborating closely and mentoring various sales teams.
obtaining payment and invoicing information while adhering to data security and business regulations.
discovering fresh approaches to increase the company’s income and sales.
