Description of the Role

This is a full-time, hybrid position for a Sales Development Manager in Lahore. The person in question will be in charge of lead generation, sales operations management, and sales growth. Creating strategic planning, fostering client relationships, and hitting sales goals are all part of the job. Although it is mostly office-based, there is some flexibility to work from home.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and team members; demonstrated experience in lead generation and sales operations; proficiency in sales strategies and process management; the capacity to manage and guide a team to accomplish objectives; analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset; a master’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline; and, if applicable, prior experience in the baking or food industry
