Marketing and Business Development Internship

Our innovative construction firm focuses on commercial and industrial building projects. We are now seeking to broaden our influence, having established ourselves as a reliable partner in the business via our reputation for providing exceptional service.

Primary Duties: • Research, plan, and implement marketing campaigns to increase awareness of the company’s commercial and industrial offerings.
• Network extensively with other architects, businesspeople, and prospective clients.
• Find untapped markets, negotiate contracts, and win over clients.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and other corporate functions as a representative of the business.
• Keep an eye on what’s happening in the market and provide advice on how to make the business more competitive.

The ideal candidate will have a background of at least three years in marketing or sales, ideally within the building trades.
It is extremely beneficial to have a strong network within the commercial and industrial sectors as well as among architects.
• Proficient in a wide range of interpersonal, negotiation, and communication styles.
Able to work alone, driven, and focused on achieving personal goals.
