We are seeking a Compliance Officer to work for our organization.

Creating, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and processes in accordance with legal and regulatory standards is one of the major responsibilities.
To guarantee adherence to pertinent laws, rules, and internal standards, monitor and evaluate business activities.
To find possible compliance issues and suggest mitigation techniques, conduct routine audits and risk assessments.
Employees should get instruction and direction on ethical standards and compliance-related matters.

As necessary, communicate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to make sure industry standards are being followed.
Examine and address concerns pertaining to compliance, including creating thorough reports and suggestions for remedial measures.

To guarantee ongoing compliance, keep abreast on industry best practices and regulatory developments.

To guarantee coherence, cooperate with other departments (legal, HR, etc.).and efficient administration of compliance throughout the company. Requirements: – At least one to two years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related position. A thorough understanding of industry standards and pertinent laws (such as GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, etc.). Strong analytical abilities that enable evaluation of intricate legal and regulatory matters. Strong verbal and writing communication abilities, as well as the capacity to explain compliance issues to a variety of audiences.

Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and fulfill deadlines in a hectic setting. A high degree of professionalism and honesty. Shift Timings: 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Location: Block 13 C, Gulshan e Iqbal Type of Job: Full-time
