Professional Development Coordinator

Job description About the position

A Professional Development Coordinator (teacher training) is needed to provide training materials and lead workshops in our Science and Math portfolio. The candidate must have expertise with adult education methodologies, be able to teach both in-person and online, and be fluent in using digital learning tools.

It also comprises developing and implementing marketing plans to meet promotional objectives and sales targets, assessing and researching current market trends and rivals’ product offerings, and orienting the sales staff on the most recent products and market trends/opinions.

About You

The ideal applicant will have a solid school education, a university degree in education (ideally a Master’s), and 2-3 years of experience in early childhood care and education.
• A teaching qualification, such as PGCE or ECCE certification, will preferred.
Excellent English language abilities.
Excellent interpersonal, presenting, and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly is required.
