This is a great opportunity to join a growing specialist engineering contractor. Within this position, the right candidate will head up the Estimating division of the business. You will be responsible for tendering new Geotechnical works such as, Retaining walls, Drilling, Spayed concreting and Soil Nailing.
Responsibilities:- Promoting the company to raise the company profile and to grow sales whilst retaining the current client base – Tendering for new work- Day to Day pricing and bidding- Develop and oversee strategies- Maximise sales/turnover- Assist the board with future business plans Experience & Skills:- 6 years sales & business development experience within civil engineering- Ability to develop winning strategies for tenders- Drive and Grow the business- Excellent commercial awareness- Ability to work to strict deadlines- Excellent communication skills- Full UK Driving Licence Within this position you will be based out of the Chesterfield office or have the ability to work Remotely.
