Immediately Responsibilities
Forwarding the products complaint to the Production Department.
Receiving customer’s telephone calls and follow up with the Salesmen and Sales Supervisors.
Keep in touch with the customers and understand the development in the market.
Making the commission documents for the salesmen, Merchandisers and Sales Supervisors as per their achievements.
Coordination with all Salesmen and Sales Supervisors.
Preparing Monthly Sales Targets according to the sales analysis.
Making Circulars and Notices as per the instruction of Sales Manager.
Coordinating work with Administration Department related sales staff.
Coordinating the works like new products launching, price increases, Special Consumer Promotions etc. with the Merchandisers and Sales Supervisors.
Preparing the Business Agreements & Shelf Rental Agreements with the main customer’s as per the instruction of the Sales Managers.
Preparing Bar codes as per request of the salesmen for A Class hypermarkets.
Forwarding the goods return vouchers to the Credit Control Department and keeping records.
Expected salary: 15001 – 20000 per month
