You will be the business owner of payments, rewards & digital platforms and will be responsible for managing the platforms, and develop new product capabilities to transform Payments into possibilities. Will be also responsible for Identifying market trends and business opportunities there by developing new capabilities, planning new interventions that will help positioning bank as a challenger Digital bank.
Develop Digital & Payments capabilities that drive business growth and Scale.
Suggest Innovative solutions to business problems and processes that leverage technology to Improve efficiencies.
Lead the identification of opportunities for continues improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity, improvement and cost reduction.
Manage the entire Products platforms & Solutions for all issuing business. [Credit, Debit, Prepaid, E-Dirham].
Lead a team of Business Solution managers in identification, evaluation, recommendation, development and implementation of all new technology solutions / projects / innovations that contribute to an enhanced customer experience with the potential to increase revenue.
Oversee design & Implementation of IT solutions and its scalability for business.
Define Cost effective scalable business solutions, which is in line with all regularly compliances and risk parameters of the bank.
Build capabilities to shift the customers from traditional plastic usage to the digital form factors (Watch, Mobile, other wearable devices) using tokenization.
Develop digital capabilities in E-Dirham areas to increase market share, ease customer on boarding and cost of processing.
Support business in Fintech partnerships and provide appropriate solution to leverage the partnership.
Work closely with the UI/UX and customer experience team to define the best customer experience via digital channels.
Overall accountability and responsibility on progress and successful delivery of all payments initiatives.
Ensure that all regulatory and network requirements are adhered to for all existing and new platforms and process flows i.e. Compliance, Credit, Risk etc..
Own and manage the Payments & rewards platform business parameters.
Work towards digitalization of process & position bank as a challenger bank in Digital & Payments area.
Manage the Card Management vendor business relationship and relationship with Visa & MC
Education and Experience:
Master’s degree or equivalent degree
PMP training, PMP certification a plus
Minimum 15+ years’ experience in senior level in Issuing & Acquiring domain covering business, technology, operations, Solutions & compliances.
Experience in managing the implementation of payment & digital platforms.
