Job description: We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SEO Manager to join our rapidly growing global workforce in Dubai. As a SEO Manager you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing our SEO strategy. As our online presence is extremely important for the success of business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business’ growth and success.
Job Responsibilities
Work as an in-house SEO Manager to plan, develop and implement SEO strategies.
Track SEO effectiveness and implement the best practices for improvement and Run analysis and present data to continuously improve traffic and conversion
Aid and possibly lead the research and optimization projects of the SEO team
Boost page visibility and drive up conversions for higher ROI
Work closely with the designers and the web development teams to deliver large-scale SEO projects and to improve SEO optimization across websites.
Review organic search research (keyword analysis, competitive analysis, technical, etc.) to identify relevant trends and patterns to inform on-site & off-site development
Identify keyword opportunities and improve the ranking for targeted keywords through detailed research
Monitor day-to-day keyword trends and make recommendations for strategic keyword pivots
Conduct detailed competitor analysis and market research
Use analytical tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console to improve existing SEO tactics.
Desired Skills/ Attributes:
5 years of experience as an SEO Specialist and Minimum one year experience as the managerial position.
Proven track record of generating great SEO results for large projects.
Good communication skills in English
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO tactics
Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to identify, diagnose, and capture SEO opportunities.
Experience in link building and execution, HTML and other technical SEO strategies.
Go-getter attitude and an easy-going personality
