Job Summary:
We need a motivated and excited Specialist Sales Agent to join our team. The best candidate will be responsible for boosting sales, providing excellent customer service, and having a thorough understanding of our products and services. Responsibilities include: • Talking to customers in person to find out what their difficulties are and provide them solutions that are tailored to their needs.
• Build and maintain strong connections with both existing and new clients.
• Always meet or beat sales goals and objectives.
• Stay up to date on market developments and products and services.
• Work with other departments and team members to make the sales process easier.
• Give management feedback and analysis to help make sales strategies.
• Answer inquiries from customers, deal with complaints, and make sure customers are happy.
• Keep detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in the system.
You need to be able to talk to and work with other people well.
• The ability to work alone and with others.
• Great at negotiating and convincing others.
• A desire to provide great service and a focus on the consumer.
• A willingness to learn and use new sales techniques and strategies.
• The ability to work on weekends and at other times as needed.
Qualifications: • A high school graduation or its equivalent is necessary; a college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferable.
• Less than a year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• It’s best to know how to use sales tools and CRM systems.
• A basic understanding of sales ideas and how to provide good customer service.
• A desire to succeed, a good attitude, and a lot of energy.
