Job description: Seeking an experienced professional to review and approve performance management policies, data collection processes, KPI confirmation policies, and performance reports. Lead the Strategy & Excellence team in corporate strategy development. Identify performance improvement opportunities and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Review and approve performance management policies and methodologies.
- Review and approve data collection and verification processes for KPI reporting.
- Review and approve policies and processes for confirming KPIs and establishing performance targets.
- Review format and content of performance reports and trend analyses.
- Review policies and approve processes for performance analysis using key performance drivers and benchmarking.
- Lead and develop the Strategy & Excellence team for corporate strategy development.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in the Business Administration or similar.
- 7 years of experience in corporate performance management.
