Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager – Land Business!

Are you a skilled hunter in the world of land business development? Do you have a proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and exceeding sales targets? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Role Overview:

As our Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be sourcing, developing, and securing new land business. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. This role offers a hybrid working model, and our office locations include Dublin, Shannon or Cork.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of SME business accounts
  • Concentrate on Groupage, LTL, and FTL, with a particular emphasis on groupage
  • Take a proactive approach by engaging in customer meetings both face-to-face and virtually
  • Identify potential new customers and establish strong relationships for inclusion in formal RFQs
  • Develop mandatory SOPs for new customers and ensure thorough understanding of their requirements within the branch

Qualifications

About You:

  • You’re a Land Business Development Hunter with a passion for driving growth
  • You have a proven sales track record, consistently achieving and exceeding targets
  • Deep understanding of the Freight Forwarding industry
  • Exceptional relationship building and networking skills
