JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a B2B Business Development Area Sales Manager with the ability to assimilate knowledge of window products, who can prospect, generate and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry.
Working as the B2B Business Development Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with existing installers and trade counters across South England and Wales.
As the B2B Business Development Area Sales Manager you will work closely with key trade counters and independent installation companies in both retail and the commercial market selling the company’s brand and services.
Targets will include selling company products, developing sales via the company Webshop and organising and hosting events, including new product launches and Academy meetings, whilst maintaining and developing existing window and doors sales through the company’s network of Fabricators.

DUTIES
Your duties as the B2B Business Development Area Sales Manager include:
- Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth across the designated territories
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Fabricators, Installers, Trade Counters, Architects, Specifiers and main Construction Contractors
- Understand the customer’s needs and requirements, provide accurate information and demonstrate product benefits effectively
- Identify new market trends and implement sales strategies to keep up-to-date with competitor activity
- Track all customer interactions and provide accurate forecasting
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- You should have knowledge of the construction market in South England and Wales, with a network of contacts in the industry
- It is essential that you have the ability to assimilate knowledge of the company’s window products (product training provided) along with commercial acumen
- You should be articulate and numerate to a high level and be able to communicate at all levels
- You will have a good standard of education, ideally to A-level or equivalent
- Having knowledge and previous experience of the fenestration market is desirable
- Prior dealings with Fabricators, Contractors and Architects will be beneficial
