We are looking for an Assistant Manager- Service Quality & Standards for one of our leading clients
-Min 7-10 years experience
JOB DESCRIPTION & NEEDED BACKGROUND
-Dealer monthly business performance monitor – service intake and parts sales revenue
-Develop customer retention strategy – identifies potential opportunities to increase the revenue and development of the new system by tapping the potential opportunities.
-Monitor the customer satisfaction index process, agree on corrective actions to address areas of improvement
-Dealer standardization – identifies areas of improvement in facility, organization, skill, SOP and operation of dealer service centers.
-Execution marketing plan and program – short term and long term
-Benchmark survey by conducting regular survey of the market and competitor’s workshop, study and develop best industry practices.
-Analysis of market UIO
-Digital service marketing – execution digital marketing activities in dealers
-Good analytical planning and presentation skill
KEY SKILLS & ABILITIES :
-Dealer performance and revenue monitor
