As Business Development Manager at CY Partners, you’ll be part of a growing company which has multi-site operations, and a range of recruitment service offerings created for the scientific community.
You’ll be instrumental in strategic business development and supporting activity for growth. With an existing pipeline of business, you will help to further develop and maximise these opportunities. You’ll also be key in building new and lasting partnerships.
With new and existing service offerings in your armoury, you’ll be in your element when
- Winning business with new and existing clients.
- Preparing, writing and presenting quotes, tenders and presentations for client pitches.
- Comfortable with negotiating at a senior level. Able to demonstrate your knowledge of current legislation, market changes and influences.
- Apply strong industry knowledge of PSL, and SLA requirements.
- Contribute to creating key marketing messages.
