Black & Grey HR is hiring a Head of Business for a 360° media solutions provider . The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up the PR & Social Media vertical from scratch.The candidate must have a good sense of digital media and good experience and contacts in UAE.
The basic responsibilities include –
– Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
– Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
– Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities
– Promoting and developing the company’s brand.
– Finding new business opportunities.
– Building a good relationship with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
– Creating business plans and strategies to improve the overall business sales.
– Analyzing and gathering data and information about the market.
– Developing new business partners.
– Creating the structure
– Setting milestones and deliverables
– Handling the finances & P&L
– Building a team
– Heading the digital business
Requirements
– Proven experience as business manager or similar role in UAE.
– Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
– Good knowledge of digital media
– Excellent organizational and leadership skills
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
– Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
– Strong analytical ability
– Problem-solving aptitude
