One of our prestigious clients based in Dubai is looking to recruit
Job Title: Finance Manager
Job Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
▪️The Finance Manager is responsible for all the accounting functions business both financial accounting and management reporting.
▪️Analysis of existing internal controls and recommendation / implementation of improvements
▪️Proactively drive improved MIS reporting with the assistance of the Management Accountants
▪️Leads to the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly statutory reports
▪️Ensure that all invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner by the team
▪️Oversees more junior staff, mentoring, developing, training. Working out a development plan for each of them.
Requirements:
▪️Qualified Chartered Accountant
▪️Working as a Finance Manager for at least 3 yrs
▪️Able to deal simultaneously with multiple tasks
▪️Show high levels of customer orientation
▪️A completer, finisher
▪️Logical, structured, methodical
