Job description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the GTM Strategy to drive out clients growth for this new Mining vertical globally. Setting up a clear vision for our client, and make strategic decisions.
- Create the business plan and establish the vision for the department
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and marketing, to ensure product development and marketing strategies align with sales objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they are achieving their sales targets and provide training and support where necessary
- Lead investment from the organisation and help to seek more investors/partners in the market
Leadership Position in the Mining Sector|Our client is providing cutting edge technology into the sector
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles with a global remit within the Mining Sector
- Solid understanding of the natural resources industry, including mining methods, drilling techniques, and environmental and safety regulations
- Background in Mining Engineering or Geology, combined with MBA is highly preferred
- Strong management and leadership skills
