This is a full-time position, carried out from our beautiful offices in our offices in Dubai or from the comfort of your couch anywhere you’re located. French and English fluency is required.

YOUR MISSION

Your main goal will be to champion the creative vision, leading our creative team to develop and execute innovative marketing and branding strategies for Paradox.

To do so, here are your responsibilities :

1- CREATIVE CONCEPTUALIZATION

You cook up mind-blowing marketing campaigns that captivate the world and supercharge engagement.

You collaborate closely with the Head of Brand and Growth to shape compelling narratives that leave a lasting impact.

You drive the creative development process to spark brand conversations that extend beyond the digital realm.

2- BRAND STEWARDSHIP

You lay down the artistic guidelines to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of our communication assets

You orchestrate compelling storytelling and content production with brands and internal stakeholders

You oversee the creation and implementation of all visual content, including brand identity, videos, photos, and other creative assets

3- CROSS-BRAND COLLABORATION

You foster a spirit of collaboration and synergy across our vibrant portfolio of brands, igniting cohesive and visionary creative strategies.

You drive the development of cross-brand initiatives that harness the unique strengths of each brand, catapulting our impact to new heights of innovation.

4- TALENT MANAGEMENT

You scout and bring on board top-notch creative talents who can help construct Paradox’s legend (Illustrators, Graphic Designers, Motion Designers, 3D Designers, 3D Animators, UX/UI Designers, Videographers, Sound designers, etc.)

You guide and nurture your team, fostering their growth and ensuring their work reaches new heights of excellence

You mastermind brainstorming sessions and develop creative briefs that get the team’s creative juices flowing

5- MARKET ANALYSIS

You stay plugged into industry trends and integrate best practices into Paradox’s creative strategy

You leverage analytics tools to evaluate the success of our creative and social media campaigns, tweaking them for optimal performance

6- INNOVATION & EXPERIMENTATION

You cultivate a culture of fearless innovation and boundary-pushing experimentation, constantly challenging norms to deliver fresh and trailblazing creative solutions.

You embrace emerging technologies, platforms, and trends as catalysts for the evolution of our creative approaches, propelling us to the forefront of imagination and discovery.

You have 4 to 7 years of experience in a creative role within an agency or as a freelancer

You have a successful record of designing campaigns that stand out and capture the public’s attention

Personality

Bold: You are known for your audacious, challenging creative mindset

Word Wizard: You have exceptional copywriting skills and a knack for crafting punchy

Language

French: native, bilingual or fluent
