Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our client Platform Experience team as a Digital Specialist/Assistant. The role will primarily be responsible for providing support to the Platforms X Manager and the team in the day-to-day management and maintenance of our customer experience platforms which includes the brand website, brand presence on retailer websites, and other e-commerce platforms. The role will require a high level of attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Online Platforms Manager and team in the day-to-day management and maintenance of the online platforms.
- Monitor and analyze the website and e-commerce platform performance using monitoring tools such as Google Analytics
- Experience with website monitoring tools such as Screaming Frog or Moz
- Help maintain content across all online platforms, including the brand website, brand presence on retailer websites, and e-commerce platforms.
- Assist in the development and implementation of e-commerce marketing strategies.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with the team to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Provide general administrative support to the Online Platforms Manager as needed.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, or 0-1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Language Preferences: English is mandatory, and proficiency in reading and writing Arabic is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus (Not Compulsory)
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and WooCommerce is a plus (Not Compulsory)
