Job Description: To supervise and improve our online retail operations, we are seeking a motivated and experienced remote E-commerce Store Manager. The ideal applicant should be skilled in increasing sales, providing exceptional customer service, and managing e-commerce platforms. Duties:
Management of the Store:
Oversee the daily activities of the Shopify shop, such as processing orders, maintaining inventory, and listing products.
Optimize the stores to increase conversions and improve the consumer experience.
Management of Products:
Product listings should be created, updated, and optimized with eye-catching photos, descriptions, and SEO-friendly text.
To prevent stockouts, keep an eye on inventory levels and work with the supply chain.
Promotions and Marketing:
Create and implement marketing plans that include events, sales campaigns, and discounts.
Start
and enhance social media advertisements and PPC campaigns to increase traffic and revenue.
Monitoring Performance:
Examine client comments, traffic statistics, and sales data to find patterns and enhance store performance.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average order value (AOV), conversion rates, and expenditures associated with acquiring new customers.
Relationships with Customers:
React professionally and effectively to consumer evaluations, concerns, and questions.
Put tactics in place to improve client retention and satisfaction.
Adherence to policies and compliance:
Verify that all shop operations adhere to platform guidelines.
Keep abreast of modifications to the platform’s guidelines and make necessary adjustments to operations.
Essential Competencies:
