Job Title: E-commerce Client Success Specialist.
Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad.
Salary: PKR 40,000 to 70,000 per month.
Job Description:
We are searching for an E-commerce Client Success Specialist to join our exciting team. The job focuses on ensuring our e-commerce clients have a seamless and successful experience with our services, from first engagement through continuing support.
Key responsibilities:
Client Onboarding: Walk new clients through the onboarding process to ensure they understand and can properly utilize our e-commerce platform.
Success Planning: Work with customers to determine success criteria and create customized strategies to help them reach their e-commerce goals.
Performance Monitoring: Review client performance indicators on a regular basis, offering insights and recommendations to help them better their online operations.
Proactive Support: Anticipate customer requirements and provide proactive solutions.

Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar subject.
Experience: At least 6 months of client success, customer service, or account management experience in the e-commerce business.

Analytical thinking and the capacity to transform facts into useful insights.
Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
A proactive approach to issue solving and customer interaction.
