In your role as Area Manager Emporium, you will oversee and direct many retail locations in your area, boosting sales, guaranteeing operational excellence, and upholding brand coherence.

Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet regional goals for all emporium locations while overseeing flagship emporium operations is a key role and responsibility.
• Keep an eye on each store’s performance and advise store managers to boost sales figures.
• Manage all aspects of shop operations, including as customer service, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling.
• Examine consumer input and market trends to find areas for expansion.
• Create reports on strategic efforts, obstacles, and sales performance.
• Work together on promotional projects with the marketing team.

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related discipline from an accredited university is required, as is eight to ten years of sales experience.
