Job Title: European Business Development/Sales Manager
Location: Hybrid/Remote – North West
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced European Road Freight Sales Manager.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing customer relationships across Europe, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing revenue and profitability. This postion will play a pivitol role in driving the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners across Europe.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the European road freight market.
- Negotiating contracts and rates with customers and carriers.
- Add strategical value to the direction and vision of the business.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Managing sales activities and maintaining accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in European FTL sales
- Strong understanding of the European road freight market, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
