- Responsible for PT Product Design and Development.
- Responsible for the management and execution of PT Strategy to maximize Revenue and attain business KPI’s as agreed with senior management.
- Responsible for the Fitness Product Development and Training,
- Audit the procedures used for all SOPs including monies collected from Fitness revenue with Area Fitness Managers.
- Responsible for Recruitment and Overseeing the hiring process.
- Identify the need for training and Development of skills for the overall Fitness Team including Area Fitness Managers/Fitness Managers/Assistant Fitness Managers.
- Manage and control the financial budgets and costs of Fitness Department.
- Responsible for Member Engagement Program (Member Retention Strategy).
- Responsible for the club Layouts design
- Responsible to create and maintain the highest standards of floor etiquettes across the brand.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures within the Fitness operations.
- Conducts meetings, training and educational seminars for Fitness managers and Area Fitness Managers.
Requirements
- Education – Post Graduate
- Specialized knowledge – Expert Knowledge ( Fitness & Sport Club – Global)
- Skills – Training and Seminar
- Abilities – Good Communication and Decision Making Skills
- Other characteristics such as personal characteristics – Friendly and Good in CRM
- Professional Certification – Fitness Coaching/Management Certificate
- Experience – 10+yrs experience in Fitness Club Management
