You will be a vital component of the management team as a restaurant general manager for our chain of eateries, responsible for supervising day-to-day operations and guaranteeing exceptional customer experience. In order to improve team dynamics, expedite restaurant operations, and propel company success, you will collaborate closely with the general manager.

Principal Duties:

Operational Oversight: Help with the restaurants’ daily operations, such as staff scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and personnel levels management.
Leadership: Set a good example by providing outstanding customer service and swiftly and efficiently addressing any concerns or grievances raised by visitors.
Employee Education: Make sure employees regularly meet or surpass expectations by educating them on customer service standards.
Recruitment and Supervision: Help in hiring, educating, and managing restaurant employees, making sure

a high level of performance and morale.
Shift Management: Arrange and supervise employee shifts to guarantee sufficient coverage and peak output.
Performance management involves conducting performance reviews and giving employees helpful criticism.
Financial Support: Help with forecasting and budgeting, assisting in the creation of plans to meet financial goals.
Marketing Support: Work together with the corporate office to create and carry out marketing plans that will draw in and keep clients.
Policy Development: Create and carry out operational policies and procedures in close collaboration with the general manager and the management group.
Equipment Maintenance: To guarantee operation and safety, keep an eye on and maintain restaurant equipment.
Compliance: Verify adherence to sanitary guidelines and health and safety laws.
Requirements:
