Scope and Purpose
Support the GRM , Financial Institutions in: • the relationship with the customers, assuring all support and administrative functions are properly, timely and effectively managed • Implementing plans and strategies in cross selling Banks products to FIs in the region • Co-ordinating with internal stakeholders( Ops, Treasury, Legal, Compliance etc) for execution of transactions
Required Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in the position with an international bank or one of the large Middle East banks, exposure to the region would be preferable
Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
- University degree and/or post-graduate degree in Business Management/ finance/economics. • Working knowledge in the Bank’s products and services, with a particular focus on Trade finance, Treasury and Capital Markets • Good commercial skills, with a preferred experience on coverage of FI clients. • Written, verbal and presentation skills along with good interpersonal skills • Team player and result oriented • Literate and proficient use of with Microsoft • Good understanding of Banks Financial Statements • Good communication and presentation skills, both for the customers and the internal activities of the bank • Commercial attitude and negotiating skills • Operational and Legal knowledge and understanding of the Financial Institutions activity, applied to the required documentation • Knowledge of the financial markets and ability to understand their trends and patterns • Understanding of KYC/Compliance/AML regulations
