We are searching for a Technical Program Manager with Salesforce/Adobe Developer experience to manage various Business Systems. You should be customer obsessed and work to provide the best possible programme management experience.
-You will proactively engage with customers to understand their business needs and deliver high-quality support in a timely manner.
-Maintain existing system features/products for the business, and drive global quality improvement processes. A Program Manager should work independently but also partner with other non-Salesforce/Adobe Product, Program teams, and developers on new projects to improve team efficiencies, customer experience, and usability of the org.
-Ability to create and follow up on Digital transformation roadmap and engagements
-Own Salesforce.com/Adobe platform including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.
-Partner with global business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that solve complex business problems
-Hands on configuration of new and existing Salesforce.com/Adobe to be able to guide and drive teams of developers
-Focus on security, user efficiencies, solving business/customer issues, invent creative solutions, and ensure build accuracy across delivery of programs
-Create programme plans and presentations to support in requirement closure and articulation
-Professional experience with Salesforce and/or Adobe configuration and development
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ability to work independently
-Solid understanding of and experience working with enterprise level Salesforce.com/Adobe Experience Manager instance
– in-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce/Adobe
– Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to define, refine and implement process improvements
– Experience working in a deadline-driven, Agile project management framework
– Excellent verbal/written communication skills; able to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
– Working experience with BI tools/CMS/CRM/
