Job Purpose
Reporting to Regional General Manager Sales, Middle East located in Dubai, focusing on expanding the Middle East market and planning future business growth. You will be required to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new customers which will be a key relationship and facilitator of future success.
Education and Experience
A minimum of 7 years’ sales experience, ideally in the marine or similar section, with at least the 4 years which have contacts in marine industry in Middle East;
Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or Maritime relevant disciplines is preferred;
Understanding of Marine Lubricants business and supply chain.
Skill and Knowledge
High-performing sales professional who holds a track record of over-achieving goals;
Result-oriented and a problem solver with excellent communication skills and negotiation skills;
Up to date with the current market trends and business strategies;
Strong business acumen with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
Knowledge in the Marine Lubricant market in Middle East;
Fluent in both written and spoken English; proficiency in other languages would be an asset.
