Previous experience as a PA, secretary, telemarketer, appointment maker, or salesperson would be highly advantageous.
Experience with customer service, receptionist, and administrative tasksis desirable.
Our ideal candidate has a confident and outgoing personality and excellent written and vocal English communication abilities.
A straightforward, professional, and confident telephone demeanor.
The ability to work without supervision.
Strong all-around IT abilities, able to utilize the normal Office IT packages, including CRM databases, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities
Duties include taking calls from existing and new clients and conducting different administrative chores on their behalf.
It might be anything from scheduling appointments to accepting messages and orders.
Flexible shifts are available, including evening work. Full-time, part-time, permanent, with flexible hours available.
