Position description
The Office Assistant/Receptionist will be responsible to oversee Mayo Clinic’s patient representation office in Dubai, UAE. The individual will serve as the primary triage point for international patients, visiting international groups, and individuals who are interested in scheduling appointments with Mayo Clinic. Will receive and respond to phone, mail, e-mail, and in-person inquiries from new and established Mayo Clinic patients and their families. The individual is expected to provide general information about Mayo Clinic. This position will be responsible for the overall day-to-day coordination of the office and may be assigned special projects by the manager or administrator.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is preferred. 1 year experience in a clerical or secretarial position is required.

Additional qualifications
Fluent in Arabic and English language (speak, read, write). Ability to interact on a professional level with prominent international clientele. Superior communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Interact and communicate effectively with a diverse population. Able to use good judgment in difficult situations. Able to work independently to generate solutions as well as collaboratively on a team. Excellent organizational skills, including time management and attention to detail. Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office products: Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and Teamsis required.
