Description of the Job:
professionally taking phone calls.
Candidates will post advertisements on social media and on job boards.
Candidates are screened through interviews, phone screenings, CV reviews, and application reviews.
retrieving updated abstracts and CVOR as needed, updating files, and gathering driver documentation.
Verify criminal histories and schedule drug and medical examinations.
Send applicants to clients, then follow up to schedule road tests and interviews.
Following the completion of road tests and interviews, follow up with clients and drivers.
Verify
associates for work, send them an email with the task information, and verify that they showed up for work.
Attend customer meetings, truck stops, and employment fairs.
It could be necessary to travel between our various offices.
Conditions:
Preferred familiarity with recruiting and Microsoft Office
It is essential to have intermediate proficiency with personal computers, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, recruitment databases, and graphics.
An HR background is advantageous.
MS Office Suite, with a preference for intermediate Excel
