Job description: Sales Executive / Business Development Manager who has excellent communication, organisational, prospecting, client account management and negotiation skills is required for a well-established company that provides mobility and rehabilitation equipment to the public.

FULL PRODUCT TRAINING PROVIDED

Any previous experience selling into local authorities in and around London or managing local authority client accounts, upselling and account managing would be highly desirable. Industry experience selling mobility and rehabilitation equipment would also be highly desirable, although not essential as full product training provided.

SALARY: £45,000 OTE (includes a £30,000 per annum basic salary after probation)

LOCATION: Brentford, West London

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager who has excellent communication, organisational, prospecting, client account management and negotiation skills.

Working as the Sales Executive / Business Development Manager which will involve managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.

As the Sales Executive / Business Development Manager will also account manage your own portfolio of clients and carry out site visits when required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and business development, with the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities. You will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As the Sales Executive / Business Development Manager you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven track record in sales, lead generation / prospecting, business development and account management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience selling into local authorities in and around London would be highly desirable
  • Experience dealing with procurement teams would also be highly desirable
  • Driving Licence
